Our Story

Valley Coffee was founded and funded by members of Valley Church who donated the money needed to build our Cafe from the ground up.

Our aim is to be a welcoming hub for the Bamber Bridge community offering quality coffee and food in a relaxing homely environment. We are a non profit organisation and any profits made go to Charity.

With an original team of 4 we opened our doors in March 2018. We have since grown into our large 120 seating area, expanding outside with a playground, decking area and front pergola.

In January 2022 we opened our kitchen with head chef Chris Short and we are now proud to serve breakfast and brunch.

It’s that time of year again. Every school holiday we get young kids hanging around our gated off private premises. Usually harmless, however sometimes they cause damage or even break in. Saturday evening at 7:30pm these two boys decided to climb our pergola, damaging the roof and after spotting our security camera have ripped it off and taken the camera. I post this here in the hope a parent sees their child and acts appropriately. We now have to repair the roof and replace the camera. The police will be informed and given all our footage.

  • Our coffee comes from a long established roasters based in Lancaster.

    Atkinsons

    We use their Archetype blend for all our espresso based drinks.

    We then offer a range of their single origin coffee in our filter coffee of the day.

    We also stock a selection of their loose leaf teas.

    These are available to buy in a 250g bag as well.

  • Our kitchen is open for orders 9:00am - 3:00pm Weekdays and 9:00am - 2:00pm Saturdays.

  • The work from Valley is £11.95 and you can get unlimited barista-made drinks all day!

  • No,

    We operate on a walk in basis only, we have 30 tables inside and are confident we’ll find you seat.

  • For room hire queries we have a sister business in Valley Conferencing.

    Whether you want to hire a conference room for 100+ delegates, or host a more intimate staff meeting, we can provide the perfect place for you.

    With a variety of room sizes available, furniture specifically designed for flexible setup options, and a friendly staff team, we can provide you with all you need. We pride ourselves on being able to provide facilities not only for our local community, but also those further afield.
